We however currently only provide this service in Belgium and The Netherlands.

Shipping
We ship all orders from our warehouse in The Netherlands.
We ship via DPD as well as Fedex.
Based on availabilty in your country and shipping weight you can choose one of them during checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and vary on destination and shipping weight.
Shipping to destinations outside the European Union exclude import fees, duties and/or applicable taxes.
Payment of these costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Your ultimmersion projection screen is produced to order.
At this moment we are able to ship your order within 14 days after placing your order.
Products from third parties (controllers, projectors, etc.) are in general ready to ship within 1-2 days after placing your order.
We however will ship when all products in your order are available to be shipped.
Returns
Yes. Please contact us prior to shipping for a full refund.
It is no problem to return your order back to us.
Please contact us by e-mail first if you want to return your order. Note that products have to be in 'as new' condition to receive a full refund.
Shipping costs and software are non-refundable.
Paid Customs Duties and Taxes are non-refundable by simGame Screens. Please contact your local authorities for more information.
